This is a shorter alternative for hiking the El Camino en route to Santiago de Compostela, than the “Way of St. James” which typically takes about 30 days, depending on the individual. There are many ways to go, but the long way begins in Southern France and goes all the way to the ocean.

Pamplona is the historical capital of Navarre, in Spain, and the former Kingdom of Navarre. Pamplona is famous for the annual “Running of the Bull” during the San Fermin Festival. This area of Spain has a milder climate, considered Oceanic, or Mediterranean.
